I agree, what you describe is pretty amazing! I’m tired, worn out, and really excited (and on information overload) about everything that just happened at the Roundtable! And that’s a good list of helpdesks (we use HelpSpot), thanks for posting it. I also found several Church IT blogs I didn’t know were out there, to add to Google Reader, including yours.
